INGREDIENTS

2.5 oz Gray Whale Vodka
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ½ oz olive brine
- Pinch of sea salt
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and dilute for 30-40 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with olives or caper berry.
