INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ parts Gray Whale Gin
- 1 part pear juice
- ½ part simple syrup
- ½ part fresh lemon juice
- 3 parts Josh Prosecco
- 4 green grapes and a rosemary sprig for garnish
PREPARATION
Set aside 2 green grapes for garnish. Combine remaining ingredients except for Josh Prosecco in a cocktail shaker. Lightly muddle grapes, then shake vigorously. Double strain into a Champagne flute and top with Josh Prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig skewered grapes.
