- ½ part Aperol
- 1 part fresh watermelon juice
- ½ part mint syrup
- ¾ part fresh lemon juice
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Fine strain over rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint and watermelon.
