White Negroni

Our twist on a Negroni, floral and delicious gin cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ parts Gray Whale Gin
- ¾ part Lillet Blanc
- ¾ part Cocchi Americano, Dolin Blanc, or Carpano Bianco
PREPARATION
Stir all ingredients with ice for 20 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.
